Billing is monthly, in Moldovan lei, with a fiscal invoice; per the contract, the minimum monthly billed traffic is 1,000 SMS. For international SMS, rates are confirmed by the Sales Department.

Does the 0.30 MDL price include VAT?

Yes — 0.30 MDL with VAT included, per delivered SMS, the same rate for Orange, Moldcell and Unite. The rate can only be changed by the mobile operators, in which case an addendum is signed.

Is there a minimum SMS volume?

Per the contract, the minimum monthly billed traffic is 1,000 SMS, cumulative between options. Billing details are on the terms page.

How does billing work?

The fiscal invoice is issued at the end of each month for the SMS delivered that month; the payment term is 5 business days, by bank transfer.

How much do international SMS cost?

The 0.30 MDL rate applies to Moldovan numbers. For international destinations, the cost depends on country and operator — the Sales Department prepares a quote: +373 22 835 312, [email protected].

Are there setup costs or hidden subscriptions?

No — no setup fee and no hidden subscription. You pay for delivered SMS (with the contractual minimum) and, if applicable, 500 MDL/month for standalone Email.
