ESM syncs natively with Intelectsoft products — Sales Expert (retail POS), Restaurant Expert (HoReCa), Petrol Expert (fuel stations), MyDiscount (loyalty) and Mobile Cash Register — so contacts, order history and events land in the marketing platform automatically, with no manual exports. For external ERPs (1C, SAP, Oracle, custom systems), integration goes through the public ISCloudSMS API.

Why does syncing matter?

With a foreign marketing platform, you export contacts manually from your POS/ERP, clean them, upload them — and redo the whole process every month. With ESM the data moves by itself: a new customer in Sales Expert appears instantly in your marketing lists, purchase history included. Segments update themselves, automations start from real events.

Practically nothing: when your ESM account is activated, contacts and segments appear automatically — no exports at all.

I have my own ERP (1C / SAP / custom). Can I integrate?

Yes — through the public ISCloudSMS API: REST/JSON, token, public documentation. A real example: a 1C integration completed in 2 days.

Is my data shared with third parties?

Only the data needed for delivery reaches the mobile operators (Orange, Moldcell, Unite); Intelectsoft does not sell or rent data. Details on the terms page.
